Yo. I'm Tim. I run a portfolio of online businesses that do $15M/yr. But it wasn't always like that.
Between 18 and 19 years old, I failed 2 businesses while studying at UCLA.
Around 20 yrs old, I gave up my Wall Street Internship to learn how to day trade and started making daily income [nothing insane, but double chicken and guac at chipotle type rich].
At 21, I graduated UCLA 1-year early and was just day trading and partying (a lot lol).
At 22 yrs old - I started another business (which also failed) and got rejected from UCLA Startup Accelerator [2nd rejection]. Even though my business dreams were basically cooked, I was still day trading every morning and using that money to pay for monthly expenses and funding my failed business endeavors.
At 23, I moved home with parents to cut expenses and reset, still traded daily for income, and launched an in-person trading workshop business for fun.
At 24, this business that wasn't even supposed to be a business scaled to ~$100k/mo, but then I realized the in-person business model was capped and shut everything I built down.
At 25, I pivoted and launched an online trading community & e-learning platform and quickly scaled from $0 to $300k/mo.
At 26, I tried pushing to scale from $300k/mo → $1MM/mo, hit it 1 month, then everything collapsed.
At 27 yrs old, I had multiple months losing 6-figures/mo from making many mistakes in the business [bloated team, wrong systems, wrong people]. I was 2 months away from going bankrupt and losing everything I built in my 20s.
28-30 years old - I worked on every skill gap, bias, or limiting beliefs I had in business that was preventing me from getting to $1M+/mo.
Fast forward to today, I learned that the key to scaling was through building leverage, not just hustle. I run 2 companies. Print Capital - which is where I scale existing trading & investing influencer brands. And Three Levels, a B2B community for business owners who want to scale their own or other's education and personal brands.
